The Clerk-Treasurer is the official records custodian for all City-related matters. The Clerk-Treasurer's office is responsible for the preparation, execution, and archiving of all City documents as prescribed by State law and City Code. As a combined office, the Clerk-Treasurer is also responsible for all financial & accounting functions for the City, including monitoring the budget.

Most records maintained by the City are subject to Wisconsin's Public Records Law. This website contains many of the documents you may be looking for, but if you can't find what you need, or if you require an official copy of a particular records, please complete the Records Request Form, and return it to City Hall. Please note that the Clerk-Treaurer is the records custodian for all City related items, except for Police Department records, of which the Police Chief is records custodian. Costs to provide the requested records will be charged to the person making the request.
