Parks
The City of Markesan is proud to have several parks for the community! All are open to the public and can also be reserved for special events.
Kiwanis Park
Located behind City Hall, the Kiwanis Park boasts a small playground, seating and an ice rink (open during season).
Kiwanis Park also hosts the June Dairy Days Event!
Hein Park
Located between South Main Street and Bridge Street. There's plenty of playground to keep the littles busy!
Soldiers & Sailors
Located on Little Green Lake, there's nothing like a day by the water in this park. Soldiers & Sailors Park is a community space dedicated to honoring and remembering the service of soldiers and sailors. The park provides a peaceful setting for reflection and appreciation of the sacrifices made by military personnel.
Rental information on any of the City's parks can be found on the Facilities Rentals page.
